About This Role
Shivalik Convent School Mohali is looking for a Trained Graduate Teacher in Sanskrit for classes VI to VIII. The role involves planning, teaching, and assessing students in Sanskrit language and literature. Experience in CBSE curriculum and classroom management is expected.
What You Will Do
Plan and deliver engaging Sanskrit lessons aligned with CBSE standards.
Prepare teaching aids and use interactive methods for better understanding.
Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, and oral evaluations.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Organize Sanskrit-related activities such as recitations, debates, and cultural events.

Required Qualifications
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
4 years of teaching experience in Sanskrit at secondary level.
Good to Have
CTET/TET qualified candidates will be preferred.
Experience in teaching in a convent school environment.
Knowledge of Sanskrit literature and Vedic chants.

Salary and Benefits
