Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement engaging Science lesson plans for Classes VI to X, aligned with the CBSE curriculum
- Teach Science subjects to students, including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and ensure overall academic progress
- Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations to monitor student performance and provide feedback
- Coach students for board exams, including practicals and theory exams
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary curricula and projects
- Foster a positive learning environment, promoting curiosity and critical thinking among students
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest Science curriculum and pedagogies
- Participate in school events, such as science fairs, and contribute to the school's Science club
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports as required by the school administration
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified in the TET or CTET examination. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Science, with a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject.
