PRT Art and Craft Teacher Position at Ms Ananda Global School

As a PRT, you will conduct daily Art and Craft classes, ensuring age-appropriate activities that align with curriculum objectives. Classroom management will involve maintaining a structured yet creative environment where students feel encouraged to explore their ideas freely.
Assessment in this role will focus on evaluating students’ progress through practical demonstrations, project submissions, and participation in class activities. You will use simple, observable criteria to provide constructive feedback, helping students build confidence in their artistic abilities. Regular engagement with parents will be minimal but may include sharing student work samples or participating in parent-teacher meetings when relevant to creative development.
Department coordination will involve collaborating with other subject teachers to integrate Art and Craft themes into broader learning experiences, such as storytelling sessions or cultural festivals. Your expertise will help bridge gaps between creative expression and academic learning, ensuring students see the value of hands-on creativity in their education.
This position offers a salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.24,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required, along with two years of teaching experience in a similar setting.
