Oversee the preparation of reports on student participation, performance metrics, and resource usage.
Day‑to‑day duties include arranging warm‑up drills, monitoring student progress, and maintaining detailed logs of attendance and activity levels. Handle registration and registration forms for sports teams, ensuring compliance with school policies. Coordinate with faculty to schedule practice times that do not conflict with academic commitments. Lead safety briefings before each session, enforce proper use of protective gear, and respond to any injuries or incidents promptly.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline. Ability to demonstrate leadership and organizational skills in a school environment. Familiarity with local sports regulations and health and safety standards is essential.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or leadership role within a school setting. Prior exposure to managing sports programs or student activities is highly valued.
Salary
Rs.14,000 – Rs.22,000 per month.
