Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging Social Science curricula for classes VI to VIII
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in accordance with the school's academic standards
- Conduct classes, deliver lectures, and facilitate discussions to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary projects
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices
- Mentor students and guide them in developing research skills and critical thinking
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- D.El.Ed or equivalent degree (preferred)
- TET or CTET clearance (not mandatory but preferred)
- Strong academic record and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
