About This Role
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan is inviting applications for a full-time IIT Chemistry Teacher position in Tijara, Alwar. The role is designed for a post-graduate with at least four years of teaching experience in Chemistry at senior secondary level. The selected candidate will prepare students for competitive exams while handling daily classroom responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Plan structured IIT-JEE Chemistry modules aligned with school syllabus
Deliver concept-based lectures using audio-visual aids and lab demonstrations
Conduct weekly problem-solving sessions and mock tests for JEE Main and Advanced
Monitor student progress through regular assignments and feedback records
Collaborate with senior teachers to refine curriculum for competitive edge
Organize doubt-clearing sessions for students weak in Physical or Organic Chemistry
Maintain discipline and punctuality in the Chemistry laboratory sessions
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as scheduled
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Post-graduate degree in Chemistry from a recognized university
Minimum four years of Chemistry teaching experience in grades 11-12
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with Chemistry specialization
Strong foundation in IIT-JEE Chemistry syllabus and exam patterns
Good to Have
TET or CTET qualification
Prior experience in IIT-JEE coaching institutes
Familiarity with Rajasthan Board curriculum integration
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication in Hindi and English
Ability to simplify complex Chemistry concepts
Experience with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms
Organizational skills for handling large batches

Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.80,000 to Rs.130,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include PF contributions, festival bonuses, and professional development support.
