We seek an experienced Music professional to join Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan in Tijara, Alwar, as a Music Director. The successful candidate will oversee the music department, ensuring its smooth functioning and growth.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum for school events and activities.
2. Supervise and guide the music team, comprising of music instructors, musicians, and staff.
3. Organize and conduct music competitions, concerts, and festivals within the school premises.
4. Collaborate with the school administration to plan and execute music-based events and programs.
5. Maintain and manage the music department's budget, resources, and inventory.
6. Ensure music instruments and equipment are properly maintained and used.
7. Coordinate with external music experts, artists, and organizations for collaborations and training.
8. Develop and implement music-based activities for students, staff, and parents.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess a graduate degree in music or a related field. A B.Ed./D.El.Ed. qualification is not mandatory for this role, but TET/CTET certification is preferred.
