Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced PGT Biology Teacher to join our faculty at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan. As a PGT Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Biology to senior secondary students. Your role will be to design and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and provide individualized support to students. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and participate in school events.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to senior secondary students
- Assess student progress through regular assessments and evaluations
- Provide individualized support to students in need
- Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum
- Participate in school events and activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new teaching methods
- Stay up-to-date with developments in Biology and implement new ideas and approaches in the classroom
- Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Biology or a related field
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- TET or CTET certification preferred
- 4 years of teaching experience
