Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans for Hindi classes
- Prepare and conduct board exam coaching for Class X and XII students
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress
- Encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities related to Hindi
- Develop and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Communicate with parents through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Participate in school events and activities related to Hindi
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi or related subject (MA, M.A.)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as TGT
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
