What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Use differentiated instruction to meet the needs of students with varying learning speeds and abilities.
- Support students with special needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities.
- Foster a love for the Hindi language and literature among students.
- Encourage students to express themselves through creative writing, reading, and discussions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute co-curricular activities that promote language skills.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, making the classroom a more engaging and interactive space.
- Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to address these.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with specialization in Hindi.
- Preference will be given to candidates with TET/CTET certification.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, parents, and colleagues.
