About This Role
Shree Marudhar Vidhya Peeth Sr Sec School Dhorimana seeks a dedicated TGT Social Science Teacher to join its faculty in Balotra, Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students from Class 6 to Class 12 and contributing to the development of a comprehensive Social Science curriculum.
Pedagogy and Tools (specific to Social Science — practical methods, tools, lab or activity work)
As a TGT Social Science Teacher in Shree Marudhar Vidhya Peeth Sr Sec School Dhorimana, you will use a range of pedagogical techniques, including case studies, group discussions, and interactive activities, to engage students in Social Science. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining the Social Science laboratory, and organizing field trips and excursions to enhance student learning.
Day-to-Day Duties (8 duties specific to Social Science teaching)
- Prepare and deliver lessons on Social Science to students from Class 6 to Class 12
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and understanding
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Science curriculum
- Prepare and maintain the Social Science laboratory
- Organize field trips and excursions to enhance student learning
- Prepare and administer Social Science exams and assessments
- Develop and use a range of teaching materials, including textbooks, worksheets, and multimedia resources
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must have a post-graduate degree in Social Science or a related subject, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree. A Certificate of Eligibility for School Teachers (CTET) would be an added advantage. Teaching experience of at least three years is essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of Rs.16,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, in addition to other benefits as per school policy.
