Classroom Profile (Diverse Learning Levels, Inclusive Classroom in Banswara)
You will be working with students of classes VI to XII in Amity Senior Secondary School, located in the heart of Banswara, Rajasthan. Our school is committed to providing an inclusive education, and we strive to create a supportive environment that caters to the needs of students with varying abilities. As an NTT Mathematics Teacher, you will be expected to adapt your teaching methods to meet the needs of students with different learning styles and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging Mathematics lesson plans that cater to diverse learning levels.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
- Use technology to enhance Mathematics teaching and learning, where possible.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
- Use a range of assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop Mathematics curricula and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Mathematics or related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification is required.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
- 2 years of experience in teaching Mathematics, preferably in a school setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
