Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of dance programs at Global International School
- Lead a team of staff to achieve excellence in dance education
- Manage the dance faculty budget and resources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with school policies and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with dance organizations and community groups
- Participate in school-wide events and functions to promote dance programs
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
- Recruit and train new staff members as needed
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred, but not required. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
