What You Will Do

3. Conduct regular lab experiments and ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment.
4. Organize science club activities and encourage student participation in competitions.
5. Prepare students for board exams with revision tests and mock papers.
6. Guide students for competitive exams like JEE Main and NEET in Physics sections.
7. Coordinate with other Science teachers for cross-subject projects and fairs.
8. Attend staff meetings and contribute to curriculum review discussions.
9. Provide mentorship to junior teachers and support departmental initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Post-graduation in Physics with minimum 55% marks.
- B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in senior secondary Physics.
- Familiarity with RBSE and NCERT Physics syllabus for Classes 11 and 12.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English for classroom instruction.
Good to Have
- D.El.Ed or equivalent qualification.
- TET/CTET certification.
- Experience in CBSE-affiliated schools.
- Knowledge of smart classroom tools and digital teaching aids.
- Participation in Physics teaching workshops or seminars.
