Modern School in Bharatpur is inviting applications for a dedicated Hindi teacher to join our teaching faculty. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering engaging Hindi lessons to students across grades.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum aligned with state guidelines for Hindi language instruction.
- Prepare lesson plans that incorporate interactive activities and multimedia resources.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and classroom participation.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents when needed.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑subject projects and cultural events.
- Participate in school meetings, faculty development workshops, and professional training sessions.
- Keep accurate attendance records and submit reports as required by school administration.
- Support school initiatives such as language festivals, debate competitions, and community outreach.
- Mentor new teachers and interns in effective Hindi teaching strategies.
- Contribute to the development of supplementary study materials and reference guides.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols within the classroom.
Qualification, Experience, Salary, Location
Candidates must hold a graduate degree and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification; TET/CTET certification is preferred. A minimum of 2 years teaching experience is required, preferably in a Hindi teaching role. The position offers a competitive salary range of Rs.14,000 – Rs.24,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
