3. Manage library staff, including training and evaluation.
4. Coordinate with teachers to develop and implement information literacy programs for students.
5. Promote literacy and a love of reading among students through various activities and events.
6. Develop and manage the library's budget.
7. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement the school's curriculum.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports on library usage and statistics.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Library Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a school library setting.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and other library staff.
