Who You Will Teach

Your teaching will bridge theory with practical applications relevant to local business contexts.
What You Will Do
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons in Accountancy, using real-life case studies from local shops and small industries to make GST, ratios, and cash flow meaningful. Prepare term-wise lesson plans aligned with the latest CBSE syllabus and share them with the department head for feedback. Assess students through continuous assessments, projects, and mock exams, and maintain detailed records of progress for each learner.
Use audio-visual aids, charts, and local examples to explain complex topics like partnership accounts and company accounts. Provide remedial sessions during designated support hours for students who need extra time or alternative explanations. Organise periodic parent-teacher meetings in Hindi and English to share academic progress and address concerns.
Collaborate with the commerce department to organise inter-house quiz competitions and field visits to nearby banks or small enterprises. Contribute to the school’s annual magazine by writing short articles on financial literacy for students and parents. Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions focused on inclusive pedagogy.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in Accountancy with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Minimum four years of teaching experience in Grades XI–XII Accountancy under CBSE or state board. Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is an added advantage. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in rural or semi-urban schools in Rajasthan.
