A master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field is required. Post‑graduate qualification is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed for teaching eligibility. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not compulsory. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Rajasthan. Strong communication skills, a student‑centric approach, and a proven record of improving academic outcomes are essential. Knowledge of modern teaching aids and digital resources will be an added advantage.
Salary and location
The salary package ranges from Rs.38,000 to Rs.50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
