Environmental Studies (Evs) Teacher Position at Sanskaar Sr Sec School, Bikaner
We are looking for a dedicated PPRT (Post Graduate Primary Teacher) to teach Environmental Studies at Sanskaar Sr Sec School in Bikaner. Your role will focus on designing and delivering engaging lessons that align with the school’s curriculum for students in classes 6 to 8. You will create hands-on activities, experiments, and discussions to foster awareness of environmental conservation, sustainability, and ecological balance.
Your daily tasks include planning lesson plans that integrate real-world examples and interactive learning. You will conduct field trips to local conservation areas, parks, or farms to bring classroom knowledge to life. Assisting students in organizing school-level environmental projects and competitions will also be part of your responsibilities.
Ensure students understand key concepts like biodiversity, climate change, and waste management through practical examples. Collaborate with the science and social science teachers to ensure cohesive subject integration. Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation in environmental initiatives.
A strong foundation in Environmental Studies and a passion for nurturing young minds in sustainability are essential. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar subject or environment-focused role, will be highly valued. A graduate degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred for formal teaching qualifications.
