Job Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced TGT Hindi Teacher to join our team at Tagore School in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from grades 1 to 8.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging Hindi lessons to students
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and assessments
- Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain a well-organized and conducive learning environment
- Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding student progress
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to curriculum development
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Supervise students during recess and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school events
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree in Hindi, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. A CTET or TET certification is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
