Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver English lessons for classes I to VIII
- Prepare and assign homework tasks using online tools like Google Classroom
- Utilize smart boards to create interactive presentations and lessons
- Develop and implement project-based learning activities
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student performance
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in English or a related field (M.A. English, M.Com with English as Elective, etc.) from a recognized university
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- Four years of teaching experience in English at the secondary or higher secondary level
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital resources
Preferred Skills
- Strong digital literacy skills and experience with online teaching tools
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
