TGT Physical Education Teacher Position at Bal Bharti International School, Sujangarh

Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily physical education sessions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and curriculum standards. Organize group exercises, drills, and team-based sports like football, basketball, or athletics to engage students actively. Monitor student participation levels and provide immediate feedback to encourage improvement. Maintain a clean, organized sports facility and assist with equipment maintenance to ensure readiness for classes.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and implement term-wise PE syllabi aligned with school guidelines, covering a mix of fundamental skills and competitive sports. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate physical activities into co-curricular events and inter-house competitions. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, documenting strengths and areas needing development. Represent the school in local sports events, showcasing team spirit and professionalism.
Periodic Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans and training schedules for long-term projects, such as annual sports days or club activities. Attend faculty meetings to discuss PE strategies and share best practices with colleagues. Ensure compliance with school policies on student safety, emergency drills, and equipment regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Physical Education or a related field. Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in schools with a focus on sports and athletics. Possession of TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of sports science, injury prevention, and child development is essential.
Salary and Location
