Dance Teacher Job in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement
Role Summary
Good Day Defense School is looking for a Dance Teacher to lead its performing arts initiatives. The role involves planning and managing dance programs for students from kindergarten to higher grades. Candidates should have a strong background in dance education and school administration.
What You Will Do
1. Design and implement age-appropriate dance curricula aligned with school goals.
2. Organize annual cultural events and inter-house competitions at Good Day Defense School.
3. Coordinate with the sports and arts department to integrate dance with other activities.
4. Maintain discipline and safety during dance rehearsals and performances.
5. Document student progress and submit reports to the principal monthly.
6. Source costumes, props, and music with approval from the school management.
7. Conduct parent-teacher interactions to explain the benefits of dance education.
8. Ensure the dance studio is clean, ventilated, and equipped for daily practice.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Diploma or certification in dance from a reputed institution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for attendance and report management.
Skills We Value
Expertise in classical, folk, or contemporary dance styles. Experience working in defense school environments is preferred. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
What You Get
