About This Role
Shree Deichand Mangeramsmart School Kalana in Bhadra, Hanumangarh is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Education Trainer to lead our school's physical education programs and activities. As a key member of the school's administration team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing physical education initiatives that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and manage the school's physical education program to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
2. Plan and supervise physical education classes, including team sports, individual sports, and fitness activities.
3. Collaborate with teachers to integrate physical education into the school's curriculum and promote a holistic learning experience.
4. Recruit, train, and supervise physical education instructors and coaches.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with local sports organizations and clubs to provide opportunities for students to participate in sports and physical activities.
6. Ensure the school's physical education facilities and equipment are well-maintained and safe for use.
7. Monitor and report on student participation, progress, and achievements in physical education activities.
8. Participate in school events, such as sports tournaments and physical education exhibitions.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in physical education or a related field. A TET or CTET certification is preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
