As a PRT Punjabi Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to excel in their studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging Punjabi language and literature lesson plans for students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to participate and learn.
- Engage with parents and community members to promote a love for Punjabi language and culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student achievement in Punjabi language and literature.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives to promote Punjabi language and culture.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Develop and implement assessments to measure student progress in Punjabi language and literature.
- Provide support to colleagues in the development of Punjabi language and literature programs.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Punjabi language and literature.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2 years of teaching experience in Punjabi language and literature.
