Your Students
As a TGT Sanskrit Teacher, you will be working with students in Hanumangarh who have varying levels of proficiency in Sanskrit. What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver lessons to students in Sanskrit, using a range of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction to support students with varying levels of proficiency in Sanskrit.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that reflect the school's values and mission.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, including digital resources and online platforms.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay up-to-date with best practices in Sanskrit teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and achievements.
- Contribute to the school's assessment and evaluation processes to ensure that students are meeting academic standards.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Sanskrit or a related field
- Good understanding of the curriculum and teaching methods for Sanskrit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with students from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in teaching Sanskrit to students with varying levels of proficiency
- Knowledge of inclusive pedagogy and strategies for supporting students with special needs
- Patience, empathy, and a willingness to go the extra mile to support students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning
Salary and Benefits
As a TGT Sanskrit Teacher at Good Day Defense School, you will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, in addition to a range of benefits that support your professional development and well-being.
