What You Will Do
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Corporate Law at Jecrc University. Design course syllabi, prepare lecture materials, and conduct classroom sessions. Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
Prepare and deliver lectures on topics such as Company Law, Securities Regulation, Insolvency Law, and Corporate Governance. Organize moot court sessions and case study discussions to enhance practical understanding. Encourage student participation in seminars and workshops related to Corporate Law.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and student progress reports. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development. Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects within the university.
Master Level Teaching
Handle master level courses in Corporate Law for LL.M. students at Jecrc University. Guide postgraduate students in research projects, dissertations, and thesis supervision. Introduce advanced topics such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Taxation, and Compliance Management.
Facilitate guest lectures by industry experts and legal practitioners. Encourage students to publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals. Organize field visits to corporate houses or legal firms for practical exposure.
Who Can Apply
Qualified candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Law with at least 55% marks. A Ph.D. in Corporate Law is mandatory for direct recruitment. Candidates with NET/SLET qualified status are eligible if Ph.D. is not completed.
Publications in peer-reviewed journals or edited books are desirable. Minimum one year of teaching or research experience in Corporate Law is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in UGC-recognized institutions.
