Master Level Teaching
The selected candidate will be required to teach master level courses in Radio Production, including Project Guidance. The candidate should have expertise in Radio Production and be able to teach topics such as Radio Programming, Audio Production, and Radio Journalism.
Required Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in Radio Production or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks.
- UGC-NET or SLET in Radio Production or a related field.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals in Radio Production or a related field.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
Your Growth Path
- API score requirements for promotion to Associate Professor: 3.0 or above.
- API score requirements for promotion to Professor: 3.5 or above.
- Eligibility for career advancement and promotion will be as per UGC norms and state government rules.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.35,000 - Rs.65,000 per month, along with allowances as per UGC. The candidate will be entitled to other benefits, including medical insurance, leave travel allowance, and house rent allowance.
