What You Will Do

Develop and conduct assessments, assignments, and projects for students across programs. Supervise student projects and internships related to Machine Learning applications. Mentor students in research initiatives and academic competitions.
Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and certifications. Collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary projects involving data science and intelligent systems. Participate in university committees for academic governance and quality assurance.
Postgraduate Students
Guide master’s level students in advanced Machine Learning courses and electives. Supervise dissertation and thesis work in areas such as neural networks, reinforcement learning, and NLP. Encourage publication of research findings in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.
Facilitate industry-academia collaborations for student projects and placements. Organize guest lectures and seminars by leading professionals in AI and data science. Support students in participating in national and international conferences and hackathons.
Required Qualifications
PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with minimum 55% marks is mandatory. NET/SLET qualified candidates without PhD will also be considered as per UGC norms. A minimum of 3 years of teaching or research experience in Machine Learning is required.
Publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings are essential. Candidates with industry experience in AI/ML projects will be given preference. Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms is desirable.
