Key Responsibilities

As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Fluid Mechanics, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Fluid Mechanics, including lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
* Advising students on academic and career-related matters, and providing guidance on research projects.
* Participating in academic administration, including curriculum development, exam evaluation, and departmental meetings.
* Conducting research in Fluid Mechanics, publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals, and presenting research findings in conferences.
* Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to develop interdisciplinary courses and research projects.
* Participating in faculty development programs, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.
* Engaging in community outreach and extension activities, including industry partnerships and public lectures.
* Maintaining regular office hours to meet with students and provide support.
* Contributing to the development of the department's research agenda and strategic plans.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the position of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Fluid Mechanics, you must have:

* A Ph.D. in Fluid Mechanics or a related field from a recognized university.
* A strong academic record, with a minimum of three years of industry experience in research and development.
* A proven track record of research publications and presentations in international conferences.
* Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage students and colleagues.
