Guide students in developing research proposals and conducting field studies. Encourage publication of research findings in peer-reviewed journals to enhance academic credibility.
Facilitate workshops on advanced tools like data analytics and programmatic advertising. Support students in participating in national and international advertising competitions.
Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Advertising, Mass Communication, or a closely related field is mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of 55% marks in postgraduate studies. NET/SLET qualification is required if Ph.D. is not completed.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the university level is necessary. Publications in peer-reviewed journals and participation in national seminars are expected.
Experience in curriculum design and industry collaboration is preferred. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and advertising software is an added advantage.
