ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR - Cad Cam in Jaipur, Rajasthan | University Recruitment — Applications invited as per UGC norms.
Role Summary
We require an experienced ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR to teach Cad Cam at Jecrc University, Jaipur. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and teaching experience in the field of Cad Cam. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to departmental activities.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Cad Cam, including designing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Develop and implement curriculum for Cad Cam courses, ensuring alignment with Jecrc University's goals and UGC regulations.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations.
- Guide research projects and academic papers for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Participate in departmental and university-level committees, as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- Develop and submit academic reports, as per UGC regulations.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement academic programs.
Postgraduate Students
- Guide master level courses and projects in Cad Cam, including research papers and academic papers.
- Provide academic guidance to postgraduate students, including research methodology, literature review, and data analysis.
- Conduct viva-voce sessions for postgraduate students, as per UGC regulations.
- Evaluate and grade postgraduate research papers and theses, as per Jecrc University's guidelines.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement academic programs for postgraduate students.
Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in Cad Cam with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
- Must have cleared NET/SLET in the relevant subject.
- Must have published research papers in peer-reviewed journals, as per UGC regulations.
- Must have teaching experience of at least three years in a recognized university or college.
Learning and Development
- Must have a minimum API score of 3.0 to be eligible for promotion to the post of Associate Professor (Cad Cam).
- Must have demonstrated a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, including attending academic conferences and workshops.
- Must have evidence of innovative teaching methods and materials, as per Jecrc University's guidelines.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.40,000 - Rs.70,000 per month, as per UGC regulations and state government rules.
- Allowances as per UGC regulations, including DA, HRA, and other benefits.
- Other benefits, including medical insurance, pension scheme, and leave benefits, as per Jecrc University's policies.
