Role Summary
Jecrc University invites applications for the position of ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR - Contract Law in Jaipur, Rajasthan as per UGC norms. What You Will Do
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Contract Law to students pursuing B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.B. and L.L.M. degrees.
Develop and manage curriculum for Contract Law courses, ensuring alignment with UGC norms and Jecrc University's academic standards.
Prepare and deliver lectures, conduct tutorials, and guide students in research projects.
Evaluate and assess student performance through continuous internal assessments and semester-end examinations.
Develop and implement innovative pedagogical methods to enhance student learning outcomes.
Guide students in research projects and mentor them in their academic pursuits.
Contribute to the development of the Department of Law by participating in departmental meetings and contributing to policy decisions.
Participate in the accreditation process of the university and ensure that all academic programs meet the required standards.

Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Law with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
NET/SLET qualification for Assistant Professor posts, if Ph.D. not completed.
Publications in peer-reviewed journals and books on Contract Law.
Knowledge of Rajasthan State University Grants Commission (RSUGC) regulations and state government rules.
Proven teaching experience in Contract Law at the university level.
Learning and Development
To be eligible for promotion to the post of Professor, the candidate must have an API score of at least 3.0. The candidate must also have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and must have published at least 2 papers in peer-reviewed journals. Salary and Benefits
