As an ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR of Film Studies at Jecrc University, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Film Studies, including theory, history, and criticism.
- Conducting research in Film Studies, publishing in reputable journals, and presenting papers at conferences.
- Supervising Ph.D. students and guiding them in their research projects.
- Developing and implementing curriculum for Film Studies programs.
- Participating in academic and research committees.
- Collaborating with other departments and institutions on interdisciplinary research projects.
- Engaging in public outreach and community service activities.
- Maintaining a strong research profile and securing external funding for research projects.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a Ph.D. in Film Studies or a related field. A post-doctoral research experience is preferred. You must also have a strong academic record, with a UGC-NET score with JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) qualification.
