What You Will Do

Design and deliver moot-court sessions on industrial disputes, minimum wages, and social security to give students hands-on courtroom exposure.
Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships with leading law firms and HR consultancies in Jaipur. Contribute to curriculum revision cycles by integrating new amendments such as the Code on Social Security and the Industrial Relations Code.
Publish original research in UGC-listed and Scopus-indexed journals, targeting themes like gig-economy regulations, migrant-worker protections, and Rajasthan-specific labour-market trends. Collaborate with the Centre for Legal Studies to secure sponsored projects from bodies like NITI Aayog and the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
