- Developing and updating course materials and curricula
- Conducting classes, seminars, and workshops
- Supervising and guiding students in their research projects and theses
- Assessing student performance and providing feedback
- Participating in academic and administrative activities of the department
- Collaborating with other faculty members to develop and implement new programs and initiatives
PG Class Profile
As an ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR in our department, you will have the opportunity to teach master level courses in Robotics, such as:
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Computer Vision and Robotics
- Robotics and Mechatronics
- Human-Robot Interaction
- Robotics and Autonomous Systems
You will also be expected to guide students in their research projects and theses, and to provide support and guidance to students in the department.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the position of ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR are as follows:
- A Ph.D. in Robotics or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks
- NET/SLET qualification (if Ph.D. is not completed)
- A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
