Day-to-Day Duties
1. Maintain the laboratory, ensuring all equipment and instruments are in good working condition.
2. Conduct experiments and demonstrations for students, under the supervision of the science teachers.
3. Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for lessons and experiments.
4. Record and maintain laboratory records, including inventory and usage of materials.
5. Collaborate with science teachers to develop and implement laboratory programs.
6. Assist in the supervision of students during laboratory activities.
7. Perform routine maintenance and repairs of laboratory equipment.
8. Assist in the purchase and procurement of laboratory materials and equipment.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a postgraduate degree in Science or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is not required for this role. However, prior experience in a laboratory setting and basic computer proficiency are essential.
Preferred Skills
The successful candidate should have domain-specific skills, including knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Familiarity with school administration software and computer applications is also desirable.
Salary and Benefits
