About This Role
St.sai Nath Acadmey in Jaipur, Rajasthan is seeking an experienced music professional to lead our music department as a Music Director. The Music Director will be responsible for overseeing music activities, coordinating with faculty members, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the music department.
What You Will Do
- Organize music events, concerts, and festivals at St.sai Nath Acadmey.
- Recruit and manage music staff, including music teachers and instructors.
- Develop and implement music curriculum for St.sai Nath Acadmey students.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to budget and manage music department resources.
- Ensure compliance with music department policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local music schools, colleges, and music organizations.
- Oversee music department finances, including budgeting and expense management.
- Plan and execute music workshops, camps, and other music-related programs.
- Coordinate with local music authorities to ensure music department meets regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed or equivalent degree in music or a related field.
- TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, but preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in music administration or leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups, including students, faculty, and staff.
