Daily responsibilities include designing NEET-focused Physics modules tailored to the Rajasthan curriculum. Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and mock tests to prepare students for the exam’s unique challenges. Organize parent-teacher meets to explain the NEET journey and address concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to align Physics teaching with NEET trends and school goals. Lead weekend workshops for weaker students in nearby areas. Represent Sir Chaitanya Academy at local educational fairs and seminars. Provide mentorship beyond textbooks, helping students balance academics and well-being. Share success stories with the community to motivate others.
Apply if you hold a postgraduate degree in Physics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed and at least five years of teaching experience. Experience with NEET coaching is highly valued. Though TET/CTET is not mandatory, hands-on classroom engagement matters deeply. You should be comfortable explaining complex theories in simple Hindi and English.
