Role Summary
The NTT Evs Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons for nursery and kindergarten children, blending storytelling with hands-on activities. St.sai Nath Acadmey expects the teacher to integrate daily observations of Jaipur’s streets and markets into lessons, making geography and community studies come alive. Curriculum planning follows the NTT framework, with monthly themes tied to local festivals and seasons.
What You Will Do
Create weekly Evs lesson plans that use puppets, picture cards, and field trips within the school premises.
Set up two activity corners each month—one for plants and one for vehicles—using materials sourced from local markets.
Conduct circle-time discussions where children describe their walks to school and draw simple maps.
Organize Evs fairs twice a year where parents join children in making eco-friendly toys from household waste.
Prepare low-cost teaching aids like flashcards of Jaipur monuments and flashcards of local birds.
Collaborate with the art teacher to turn Evs themes into wall murals inside classrooms.
Keep anecdotal records of each child’s observations and vocabulary growth in Evs.
Attend monthly staff meetings to align Evs activities with the overall NTT calendar.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed are eligible. Two years of nursery or kindergarten teaching experience is required. TET or CTET certification is an advantage but not mandatory. Familiarity with Rajasthani seasonal festivals helps in planning local content.
Perks and Pay
Salary ranges from Rs.12,000 to Rs.20,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. School provides uniforms and reimburses local conveyance within Jaipur limits. Teachers receive two sets of textbooks and activity guides free of cost.
