Vista Academy seeks a dedicated NTT Mathematics Teacher to join their team and inspire students with engaging, hands-on lessons in Jaipur. This role focuses on delivering high-quality education through National Teachers’ Evaluation Framework (NTT) standards, ensuring students grasp mathematical concepts effectively. The teacher will report directly to the Mathematics Department Head, aligning with Vista Academy’s curriculum and pedagogical goals. The role emphasizes fostering a collaborative classroom environment where students explore algebra, geometry, and real-world applications of math.
Core Duties
Teaching mathematics to students from Class 6 to Class 12 using interactive methods, visual aids, and problem-solving exercises. Developing lesson plans that incorporate Rajasthan’s syllabus while encouraging critical thinking and logical reasoning.
Ensuring students achieve proficiency through regular assessments, feedback, and personalized support. Collaborating with the school’s NTT evaluation team to maintain high teaching standards and student outcomes.
Participating in faculty meetings and workshops to stay updated on best practices in mathematics education. Maintaining discipline and creating a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field is mandatory. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for this position. Experience in teaching mathematics to students aged 11 to 18 years is preferred, with at least two years of relevant classroom experience.
While TET/CTET certification is not strictly required, it is highly recommended for career growth within Vista Academy. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital resources is a plus.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This role is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and offers a dynamic environment to contribute to Vista Academy’s academic excellence.
