Responsibilities
Teach Accountancy at the senior secondary level, covering core subjects like financial accounting, cost accounting, and business finance. Prepare engaging lesson plans aligned with the latest CBSE syllabus and school curriculum. Conduct practical sessions, including case studies and group projects, to enhance students’ understanding of real-world accounting principles.
Monitor students’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure they meet academic standards. Collaborate with the faculty to design and implement innovative teaching methods, such as interactive workshops or guest lectures from industry experts. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance to support overall academic planning.
Qualification
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Accountancy or a related commerce stream. A strong background in Accountancy, including practical exposure to financial reporting and analysis, is essential. Teaching experience at the senior secondary level is highly valued.
Experience
Proven experience as a PGT Accountancy Teacher or in a similar role, preferably in a reputed school or educational institution. Familiarity with school administration processes and a commitment to fostering a disciplined yet creative learning environment are key.
Salary and Employment Type
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 38,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, along with full-time employment.
