What You Will Do

- Teach Chemistry to students from Class IX to XII, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, and practicals to cater to different learning styles.
- Guide students in developing their scientific inquiry skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Coach students for board exams, focusing on concept clarity, time management, and exam strategy.
- Collaborate with other subject teachers to ensure curriculum alignment and cohesive teaching practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum updates, teacher training, and student progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student engagement and motivation.
- Develop and implement innovative pedagogical approaches to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Monitor student progress, identifying areas of improvement and providing targeted support.
- Contribute to the school's initiatives, such as workshops, conferences, and competitions, to promote student development and community service.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Chemistry (M.Sc) or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
