About This Role

PG Class Profile
Master level courses taught by the Company Law PROFESSOR may include Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Securities Law. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and teaching these courses, as well as mentoring students in their research projects.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for the Professor position, candidates must possess a Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates who have not completed their Ph.D. must have a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks and a valid UGC-NET/SLET score. The candidate should have a strong academic record, with publications in peer-reviewed journals.

The selected PROFESSOR will be evaluated based on their Academic Performance Index (API) score, which will be used for promotion and career advancement. Jecrc University follows UGC regulations and state government rules for academic evaluation and promotion.
