- Supervise Ph.D. and M.Sc. students, guiding them in their research projects and evaluating their theses.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to develop interdisciplinary research projects.
- Develop and implement new courses and programs in Engineering Physics, as per the needs of the department and university.
- Participate in departmental and university-level committees to shape academic policies and programs.
- Engage in outreach activities, such as organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences, to promote the department and university.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the position of Professor, you must possess a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics or a related field. A post-doctoral experience is preferred. You should also have a strong track record of research publications and a proven ability to secure research grants. UGC-NET with JRF is mandatory for Assistant Professor, while Ph.D. is mandatory for Professor/Associate Professor.
