Eligibility Criteria
A Ph.D. in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university is mandatory. Candidates must have at least five years of full-time teaching experience at the postgraduate level. Industry experience in media, advertising, or public relations is strongly preferred.
Publications in reputed journals and evidence of research leadership are essential. Experience guiding M.Phil. and Ph.D. scholars is desirable. Familiarity with UGC norms for faculty recruitment and evaluation is expected.
