What You Will Do
Teach advanced Property Law courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students at Jecrc University, including modules on Transfer of Property Act, Easements, and Land Acquisition Law. Design curricula that integrate case law from the Supreme Court and High Courts, ensuring alignment with UGC model law syllabi.
Publish regularly in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science, with a focus on emerging property disputes in Rajasthan such as agricultural land conversion and urban co-operative housing conflicts. Collaborate with the Centre for Legal Research at Jecrc University on funded projects addressing land title digitization and dispute resolution.
Supervise doctoral students pursuing research in property rights, land reform, or comparative property law. Serve on university-level committees including the Board of Studies and Academic Council to review law program revisions. Present findings at national seminars hosted by Jecrc University and partner institutions across North India.
Required Qualifications
