- Supervise Ph.D. students in Public Administration, guiding them in their research and thesis evaluation.
- Develop and implement curriculum reforms, ensuring alignment with UGC norms and academic standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments on interdisciplinary projects and research initiatives.
- Engage with the academic community through seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Participate in departmental and university-level committees, contributing to policy decisions and academic governance.
- Mentor junior faculty members and postdoctoral researchers in their research and teaching endeavors.
- Develop and manage research grants, securing funding for projects and initiatives that advance the field of Public Administration.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must possess a PhD in Public Administration or a related field, with a strong research background and teaching experience. A postdoctoral research experience is preferred. UGC-NET with JRF is mandatory for those who have completed their PhD. Experience in teaching at a university level, with a strong record of research publications, is essential.
