What You Will Do

Lead research projects in audio storytelling, radio documentary ethics, and the impact of digital platforms on traditional broadcasting. Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences to strengthen the department’s academic standing.
Supervise M.A. and Ph.D. students in radio production-related dissertations, guiding them through fieldwork, data analysis, and thesis submission. Evaluate research proposals and provide constructive feedback to enhance academic rigor.
Collaborate with industry partners to design workshops, guest lectures, and internship programs that bridge theory with real-world practice. These initiatives will enhance student employability and strengthen Jecrc University’s ties with media houses in Jaipur and beyond.

Required Qualifications

A strong record of publications in Scopus/Web of Science-indexed journals focusing on radio broadcasting, audio technology, or media ethics is essential. Prior experience in Ph.D. supervision and external thesis evaluation is highly desirable.
