A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a valid certificate will be an asset. The role offers a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000 per month, along with opportunities to grow within a nurturing educational community.
